Monster XXXperiment v1.4 Released!

Sorry for the delay Researchers Monster XXXperiment version 1.4 is now finally officially released!

The update features the next research level and along with it the addition of Karla the Harpy and Sevros the Dragon!

As mentioned before this update will break your save files because of massive changes to the code base to include these 2 Kin!

Combined they have a whopping total of over 40,000 words of dialogue!

the update doesn't seem to work currently, i cant load my saves from the previous games without some kind of error messages

and ive been fiddling around with the temperature and lighting of flares room, but it doesn't seem to change anything

even when put to extreme settings, i don't get any feedback from flare to change it

i would love to see the new updates and scenes but it just doesn't work, sadly

To add the new characters we had to greatly alter the code base so old saves do not work.

@AstroKaen still, i can't get any feed back for flare when it comes to the tempature and lightning, is this intentional

Did you finish all of their talking scenes? If you look in the ask menu you should see the element you're trying to change in that section. If it's there then that means that affecting the lights and temperature will actually occur.

@AstroKaen i made a new character, and tried to ask but it told me that there was nothing to ask, but when i changed the room i could ask about the room and room only, this also applies to food when set correctly

Did you go through all of the normal talk dialogue?

@AstroKaen ah, i was going under the impression that the dialogue was the same as the past game, so i wasnt getting any talk dialogue about lighting or tempature, thanks
